A dated log of changes to this site, so you can tell how current it is.

  1. Credibility pass

    • The flow-field backdrop now runs behind the whole home page, attenuated after the hero, and follows the theme.
    • Case studies open with role, status, context and metrics; GenAI studies gain a 'How it is kept honest' section and a reliability section.
    • Architecture diagrams end with an example answer and the evidence it was based on.
    • Every metric tile states what it measures and where; section numbering, decorative monospace labels and hover motion were removed.
    • Accessibility: visible form labels, focus moves to the first error, focus rings on case-study cards, skip link works on every page, theme toggle can return to System.
    • Content is visible without JavaScript; reveals use CSS scroll-driven animation where supported.
    • New pages: résumé as a web page, this changelog, and how I use AI.

  2. Content refresh

    • Résumé regenerated from a single career data file shared with LinkedIn and this site.
    • Hand-drawn card art replaces screenshots for the enterprise platforms.

  3. Portfolio update

    • New case studies for the 2026 personal projects and a refreshed skills section.
